A FEW THINGS TO KNOW: Couples are responsible for obtaining their Florida marriage license prior to the ceremony. Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all Wedding & Vow Ceremony Officiant services performed by LuxeScribe Group LLC and supplements the Master Service Policy, which also applies in full. SERVICE OVERVIEW LuxeScribe Group LLC provides professional officiant services at two tiers: Wedding Ceremonies for legally binding unions requiring a valid marriage license, and Elopements & Vow Renewals for intimate ceremonies and non-legally binding celebrations. Services include custom ceremony scripting, pre-ceremony consultation, and day-of officiating. LuxeScribe Group LLC does not provide legal, marital, or immigration advice. MARRIAGE LICENSE A valid Florida marriage license is required for Wedding Ceremonies only. LuxeScribe Group LLC will not perform a wedding ceremony without a valid license present. Marriage license filing on behalf of the couple is available as an add-on. Vow renewals and elopements do not require a marriage license. Failure to obtain a required license does not entitle the client to a refund. PRE-CEREMONY CONSULTATION A pre-ceremony consultation is included with every booking and must be completed prior to the ceremony date. Failure to complete the consultation may limit ceremony customization. ADD-ON SERVICES Additional fees apply for services selected at booking, including custom vow writing, rehearsal attendance, marriage license filing, extended ceremony time, and travel outside the standard radius. All add-on fees are disclosed prior to confirmation. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING - 4+ hours before ceremony: No charge - Within 4 hours: 50% of total service fee - Within 1 hour or no-show: 100% of total service fee *Rescheduling is subject to availability. Wedding Ceremonies rescheduled within 30 days during peak season (May–October) are subject to a 25% rebooking fee. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE LuxeScribe Group LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a required marriage license is not present, if a request violates Florida law, or if disruptive or unsafe behavior occurs. OFFICIANT-CAUSED CANCELLATIONS If LuxeScribe Group LLC cancels, a full refund will be issued and reasonable efforts will be made to assist in locating a replacement officiant. CEREMONY RECORDING & LIKENESS Clients consent to LuxeScribe Group LLC photographing or recording ceremonies for promotional use unless a written opt-out is provided prior to booking.
