We'll research your options and deliver a custom itinerary tailored just for you. Ready to book your trip? We'll redirect you to our travel booking portal through our host agency, Outside Agents, where you can complete your reservation seamlessly. Want the itinerary without the booking? We offer standalone itinerary planning for a flat fee — perfect for independent travelers who want expert guidance but prefer to book on their own. Planning fees are separate from booking costs and are charged for the time and expertise invested in your itinerary regardless of how you choose to book. Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all Travel Planning & Consultation services performed by LuxeScribe Group LLC and supplements the Master Service Policy, which also applies in full. ROLE AS TRAVEL ADVISOR LuxeScribe Group LLC acts as an independent travel advisor through Outside Agents, a licensed host travel agency, coordinating services fulfilled by third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. We do not own or control travel suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, delays, or performance. PLANNING SERVICES & FEES Travel planning includes research, itinerary design, booking coordination, and travel support. Planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun, regardless of booking outcome. Standalone itinerary planning without booking is available and subject to fees disclosed at booking. Complex, group, or custom itineraries may require a planning fee prior to booking. PRICING & PAYMENTS Travel pricing and availability are controlled by suppliers and subject to change until payment is completed. Payments are processed through suppliers or approved booking systems. Clients must review confirmations promptly and report errors within 24 hours. ADD-ON SERVICES Additional fees apply for services selected at booking, including domestic and international itineraries, group travel, honeymoon planning, cruise coordination, multi-destination planning, rush itineraries, and after-hours scheduling. All add-on fees are disclosed prior to confirmation. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING - 4+ hours before consultation: No charge - Within 4 hours: 50% of consultation fee - Within 1 hour or no-show: 100% of consultation fee Supplier cancellation terms, penalties, and refunds are governed solely by supplier policies. LuxeScribe Group LLC cannot override supplier rules or guarantee refunds. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Clients are solely responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, and entry regulations. LuxeScribe Group LLC is not liable for denied boarding or travel interruptions resulting from documentation issues. TRAVEL INSURANCE Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Declining coverage releases LuxeScribe Group LLC from responsibility for losses that insurance would otherwise cover. CHANGES & LIABILITY LuxeScribe Group LLC is not liable for disruptions caused by suppliers, weather, government actions, or events beyond our control. Booking confirms acceptance of these terms and all applicable supplier conditions.
