Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all Property Field Inspection Services performed by LuxeScribe Group LLC and supplements the Master Service Policy, which also applies in full. SERVICE OVERVIEW LuxeScribe Group LLC provides exterior and interior property inspections, occupancy verifications, condition reports, REO and foreclosure inspections, insurance loss assessments, and new construction progress inspections. Services are provided to lenders, servicers, insurers, and property managers. LuxeScribe Group LLC does not provide licensed home inspection, appraisal, or legal services. SCOPE & REPORTING All inspections include photo documentation and a written condition report submitted digitally upon completion. Reports reflect observable conditions at the time of inspection only. LuxeScribe Group LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third parties or the condition of the property beyond the inspection date. INSPECTION ACCESS Clients are responsible for ensuring lawful access to the property prior to the scheduled inspection. If access cannot be obtained upon arrival, the inspection is considered attempted and applicable fees remain due. Interior inspections require confirmed access arrangements prior to scheduling. ADD-ON SERVICES Additional fees apply for services selected at booking, including interior inspections, REO or foreclosure inspections, insurance loss or disaster assessments, new construction progress inspections, rush or after-hours scheduling, and extended travel. All add-on fees are disclosed prior to confirmation. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING 4+ hours before appointment: No charge Within 4 hours: 50% of total service fee Within 1 hour or no-show: 100% of total service fee Same-day bookings are immediately subject to the within-4-hour cancellation policy. REPORT DELIVERY Standard reports are delivered within 24 hours of inspection completion. Rush report delivery is available as an add-on. LuxeScribe Group LLC is not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms or systems. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY LuxeScribe Group LLC is not liable for decisions made based on inspection reports, property access disputes, or conditions that develop after the inspection date. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the inspection. NOTARY-CAUSED ERRORS If a report error is attributable to LuxeScribe Group LLC, the inspection will be reviewed and corrected at no additional charge.
